Insurance
cover
The
standard policy on all vehicles provides fully comprehensive insurance
for one driver, this provides third party liability, UK collision damage
(CDW) and fire and theft cover. Extension of policy to allow a second
driver is available at £2 a day.
Excess
liability
All
vehicles are rented with an excess liability which cannot be waived. For
drivers aged 25-74 the excess liability for damage, howsoever
caused, is £250 for all models. For
drivers aged 21-24 the minimum excess liability is £350.
Vehicle
collection
Upon
collection of the vehicle, a deposit equal to the value of the excess
liability will be required, this must be secured by a Mastercard, Visa
or Access credit card.
Driver
Qualification
Drivers
must be aged between 21-74. A clean, valid, full driving license is
required and should be produced at time of car hire. Certain
endorsements may be accepted.
