Dear Allen,

On our vacation this spring (1999), my son and I rented a vehicle for the first time at Baldocks . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the UK and especially appreciated the friendly service and advice you provided. Having rented vehicles from larger operators many times in the past, I found it refreshing to deal with a company that operates like a family run business and showed flexibility to our needs.

The rates were very competitive and the shuttle service to Heathrow was much more efficient than I expected.

Thank you for keeping me informed of the current situation regarding your vehicles, Luckily I shall not be requiring a vehicle on this occasion as it now looks like things are becoming remarkably busy here in Moscow and it now looks like I shall not be returning until well into the New Year, and I shall without doubt be contacting you due to your friendly, informative nature so often lacking with the larger companies.
