your prices include collision damage waver ( CDW )? |

The
standard insurance cover provided on all models includes CDW,
however the driver is responsible for £125 excess for any damage to
vehicle whilst in their care ( £250 if under 25 ). |

you charge to change a reservation? |

is no charge for a change to a reservation. |

don't have a credit card, can I pay cash for the hire? |

Yes
the hire can be paid for in cash but we do require that the deposit
on the vehicle is secured by a credit card. |

Can
you pick me up at Gatwick or Luton airport? |

Unfortunately
not. Although Gatwick and Luton are sometimes listed as London
airports, they are at least an hour's drive away from Heathrow.
However, both airports do operate regular coach shuttle services to
Heathrow, where we will be pleased to collect you. |

I return the vehicle direct to Heathrow Airport? |

it must be delivered back to the garage at Windsor. We will take you
promptly to your terminal, often saving you time! |

only need a vehicle for a few days, can u help? |

we can, there is no minimum hire period but a small charge will be
made for airport pickup and return for any rental of less than seven
days. |

u provide a child seat? |

Yes
we can, baby seats will suit a child from 9 to 36 months and booster
seats are also available. Request one with your reservation, a
small charge is made for this. |

two people drive the vehicle? |

Yes
but additional insurance would be required for the second driver.
The cost for this is £2/day. A valid full driving licence is
required and should be produced at time of hire. |
