AIRPORT PICK UP ARRANGEMENTS
On arrival
Follow directions as normal to the baggage reclaim area and while you are
waiting for your luggage to arrive, call us on 07762 937241 or 07762
937242. Let us know
which terminal you are in and we will then arrange to meet you outside
that terminal. Public phones take coins, phone cards and
credit cards. Currency change facilities are also available.
Terminals
Heathrow has four terminals so its important to know which one you will
arrive at. Select a link if you would like to see more information
about a particular terminal.

Airport collection
and drop off is inclusive between 07:00 and 19:00. Collection & drop
off is available outside of normal business hours (07:00 to 19:00) for a small
surcharge.

This
is
for all domestic flights, most UK airline flights to Europe
plus EL AL and South African Airways. |

This
is
for most non-UK carrier flights to Europe and some long
haul destinations. |

This
is
the long haul terminal for US, South American, Asian and
Asia Pacific airlines, plus most African carriers. |

4
This is for British Airways long haul and their flights to
Paris, Amsterdam, Athens and Moscow. Canadian Airlines, KLM
and Qantas also use T4. |
